My malleable modus of graphic design reflects retro and pop-art styles—from art deco to psychedelia to Memphis Milano—with emphasis on clean, prominent textual elements, congruent accentuation with geometry & color, subtle dimensionality, integral application of negative space & gradients, subliminal symbolic motifs, and a whimsical gestalt. My commissioned works are stylistically diverse but often adopt a more traditional, subdued form.
Research Group Logos
I designed these wordmarks for various biomedical and chemical research groups, incorporating personalized motifs of scientific apparatus, biomolecules, and scholarly pursuit of knowledge. Browse the gallery and click/tap the content to expand the logos and read more about their context and design.
Organization Logos
I created these logos for community or student organizations. Browse the gallery and click/tap the content to expand the logos and read more about their context and design.
Beverage Labels

Culinary Labels
I created these classic logos and labels for my homemade foodstuffs (read about such projects under "Creative Projects"). Browse the gallery and click/tap the content to expand the logos and read more about their context and design.
Scientific Illustrations
As both a graphic designer and a biomedical researcher, I appreciate the intersection of applied art and science, particularly molecular renderings and anatomical illustrations. The beautiful and edifying creations of scientific and medical illustrators like David Goodsell and Frank Netter inspire my forays into this entrancing yet intimidating artistic niche. Event Posters
I design unique posters for both my own social events and for organizations on commission. Browse the gallery and click/tap the content to expand the posters and read more about their context and design.
Parodic Campaign Posters
During my undergraduate education at the College of Charleston, I occupied many offices within the Student Government Association, elected at large by a constituency of about ten-thousand students. My [in]famous election campaigns invariably surprised and entertained my classmates with both conventional campaign materials (like posters) and unconventional ones (like branded social media filters). Browse the gallery and click/tap the content to expand the posters and read more about their context and design.
Parodic Album Art
Throughout my higher education, I have produced niche informative content for my peers in amusing formats, including parodic rap tracks and music videos about chemistry and medicine (read about such projects under "Creative Projects"). For each track, I also parodize the associated album art. Browse the gallery and click/tap the content to expand side-by-side views of the original and parodic album covers, with accompanying descriptions.
Miscellany
When I wish to procrastinate more productive pursuits, I often create designs on a whim for myself or close friends. These designs assume various forms, but primarily exist to explore new techniques and styles or simply to amuse myself. Here are such instances of my ars gratia artis. Browse the gallery and click/tap the content to read more about their context and design.
